I would like to take this opportunity to commend your technician Eric who serviced and inspected my HVAC system on Friday January 6, 2012. He was a master of is craft. He not only fixed a mistake that my last HVAC company made, but he also pointed out several quality issues with the work and gave me the best news of all......NO MOLD! 2 other HVAC companies insisted I needed to install a $3,000 UV light system because I had mold. He explained to me exactly why mold grew and why I did not have it. He was very trustworthy and I am looking forward to making Gulf Shore Cooling my new HVAC provider. Management, I would like to thank you and all involved in the installation of my new Rheem Air Conditioning system on June 15, 2011. The experience was very pleasant, it started with Ferrell at the Punta Gorda Home Depot. He explained exactly how the process would proceed. Dwight came to our home, determined our needs, explained how the install would be done, arranged for a temporary room cooler and helped us through the financing with Home Depot. Craig and Tom arrived exactly as scheduled and went right to work. What a team, they really know what they are doing. The only part that didn't follow the script was, it was supposed to take 5 hours, they finished in 3.5 hours, great work. Thru the few days upto and after installation, I received a few phone calls from the girls in the office, they are sure helpful and pleasant to talk to. The entire team from first contact to completion are all great people and wonderful to work with. Overall I give this job the highest score possible and management at Gulfshore Cooling has every right to be very proud of their people and their customer satisfaction. Likewise Home Depot should also be very proud of their choice of an excellent contractor. Thank you

Just a note to complement Matt. I was at my son's house ... Cape Coral. I was shocked when Matt arrived exactly at 8:00 o' clock on September 30th. This was the time that the appointment was scheduled. Most of the time service people are late. He worked diligently and apparently did a good job. He made recommendations which my son will review. He is a ver personable young man and an excellent company representatative. You can send him to my house at any time to service the air conditioner.

First of all I would like to let you know that the crew you sent was outstanding. Considerate, detail oriented, accommodating, responsive to our requests, extremely polite and very professional. If it hadn't been for the lack of cooling while the system was down we would not have known that they were there. I was also impressed with the great care they took not soil any of the areas they worked in, always covered things up and cleaned up afterwards and at the end of the day before they left. They deserve great praise. Its great to see craftsman who pride themselves in doing it right the first time. The system is working very well and we have felt very comfortable in the home since both systems are working. I do think we need a damper, not so much for right now but when the heating season starts. I will get more air and the lanai would be too warm as compared to the rest of the house. In a previous home we had dampers preset for cooling and heating conditions. Again, thank you and we appreciate the job you and your guys have done.
